We are here for you, it is our intention to offer you real magical goods and supplies at a reasonable price. By ordering from us you agree to the following conditions.

REAL MAGICAL ITEM REMINDER:
All of our wands and amulets are real magical items, our service to you is not just to offer you the physical item, but to enhance the energy within.

I have seen and felt too many wands that were not activated, never used and offer no real energy device, they were a pretty piece of wood.
"The most expensive wand is the wand that does not work."

All of our mango wood, boxwood wands and one of a kind wands come pre enchanted. All HP style wands (lathed wands) are enchanted shortly before shipping. If you would prefer us not to enchant your HP style wand then contact us and let us know. (Many experienced practioners prefer to do the enchanting themselves)

We do not know your understanding of what magic is, and cannot guarantee that these items with do what you expect is magic. Personal results will vary.

Magic Wands and Wizard Staves do not cast spells. Magic is within you, it is you that has the power to cast magic.

MANGO WOOD WANDS / BOXWOOD WANDS:
These are our least expensive and thinnest wands available (about the thickness of a pencil at their thick point) Because of this, these are not suitable for children under 7. If this is not what you are looking for we have many thicker affordable wands available.

RETURN POLICY:
We photograph and describe our products to the best of our ability, unfortunately the internet marketplace lacks the hands on shopping experience.
If your purchase is not what you expected or your are unhappy with your product in any way, we would be happy to give you a full refund, an exchange, or discuss an upgrade. We do not offer returns on any copper geometry devices or custom made items. We do not refund shipping costs.

CANCELED ORDERS:
If you ordered online and wish to cancel your order you must send us your request in writing (e-mail). Otherwise you can still ship the item back for a refund. Phone orders can still cancel over the phone.

SHIPPING TIME:
We make a lot of our own products, some are harder and take longer to make.
Because of this amulets and copper geometry devices are generally made to order. Amulet orders of 4 or more can take up to a week to ship.
When ordering magical items for an occasion it's best to order early
(magic doesn't like to be rushed).
International orders can take up to 3 - 5 weeks shipping time, I 'm sorry but we have no control over the speed of delivery for international orders.

PHONE HARASSMENT POLICY:
There are many time we work in the office before and after we close. We realize you are eager to learn about magic and to get your new magical item.
However if you call and we don't answer the second time, we're not going to answer the ninth time you call. Please, If no one answers call back between 12-5 MST. If calling 5-20 times in a row happens to bug the heck out of us, your number will be blocked and we will refuse you service.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER:
Some amulets contain magnets. Do not wear magnetic jewelry if you are pregnant or wear a pacemaker or other medical devices. Direct contact with magnets may damage record/storage devices and CRT screens.
